Your request You asked for Name of FOI Decision Maker #PNP159511116592 & #PNP-774954258662 & #PNP-249212782240. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, under Executive Order No. 02, aside from being a foreign citizen in which in Section 3 of EO no. 02, it explicitly stated that, “Every FILIPINO shall have access to information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development.
