Hello,
We would like to submit a proposal to DENR. The technology proposal was previously submitted and selected as a finalist in the Con X Tech Prize 2020 (https://conservationxlabs.com/con-x-tech-prize) but the pandemic and lock down prevented us to continue.
We would like to submit this proposal to our environment secretary Maria Antonia “Toni” Yulo-Loyzaga and her department. Can we request an email address to send it to her or her dept?
Thank you.
