Hi, I can't contact thru phone or in mobile the hotline of Gcash. I have already complain to them regarding on the issue of their platform regarding on the error message that platform prompt but they still proceed the payment without knowing that they already deducted my balance. I already have a ticket, however they closed it without any prior notice and the issue is still remain. Is there any government branch that can handle this problem of the GCASH itself can't solve the problem? Where can we complaint? Thanks

While our aim is to provide information whenever feasible, but with your concern, please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network. However, we also suggest that you visit personally the Gcash center or you may also visit help.gcash.com.
