Good Day, I would like to ask for assistance regarding my LTO Client Number. I tried to Register but I have not receive any confirmation email that has my LTO client number for me to be able to log in to the portal. I tried to register again but it seems that my Driver's License is already registered. I have search on the internet on how to fix it but the only way is to contact a LTO Personnel to ask for assistance. Hope to hear from a LTO Personnel to help me with this issue. Thank you!
