You asked for My LRN (Learner Reference Number).
Response to Request
Please be informed that the receiving school has the responsibility to register/update learner’s record in the Learner Information System (LIS) and in the absence of the Learner Reference Number (LRN), the receiving school is instructed to register the child in the LIS (if qualified) so he/she can obtain his/her LRN.
In case that the originating school is not recognized or does not have permission to operate from DepEd, the learner should take the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) to assess the learner’s grade level capability. For more details on PEPT, kindly refer to the following links:
