October 4, 2023 Dear Ms. Aquino: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 04, 2023 12:07:56 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for My income tax return information. Response to Request Per our phone conversation, you have been apprised that your request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2022, it can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee's a copy of the form/certificate as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
