Just send an email to them at [email protected] with the following requirements: 1. One primary ID (SSS, TIN, or GSIS) – A physical ID is NOT required; just the numbers will do. 2. One secondary ID (UMID, driver’s license, postal ID, passport, company ID, PhilHealth ID, VIN, PRC ID, NBI, police clearance, barangay clearance/certification, or PWD ID) – A soft copy of the secondary ID is needed for verification CIBI’s Customer Service Executive will email you the consent form for your signature, as well as the schedule of your online identity validation/Know-Your-Client (KYC) process for security purposes and the fee to be paid.
