Hi, I am with the Global Environment Facility (GEF), an international financing organization that was once part of the World Bank. I am conducting an analysis to see if the GEF projects in environmental impacts have a relationship with improving economic factors. I would like to request for access for the all the municipalities that have fishing or aquatic agriculture as the primary means for employment/livelihood by municipalities from 2000 until 2020. We would like to see if international projects have succeeded in supporting the sustainable development of fishing in the Philippines.
