The MUCEP is a project that aims to understand the public transportation supply and demand situations in the MUCEP Area, identify rationalized routes into 3 major categories such as Immediate Priority, Medium Term and Long Term, and conduct capacity building trainings and consultation meetings with both government and private sector stakeholders in public transportation operation and regulations. With regard to your requests, you may request initial data on the MUCEP by following the guidelines as prescribed in DOTr Department Order (DO) No. 2017-003 or the Guidelines For Requesting Information/Access to the MUCEP Database issued on 20 January 2017. Please be apprised that only initial data is available as there is no final copy of the MUCEP at present since the project is still ongoing.
