April 23, 2018 Dear Maria Teresa Pulido, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 05, 2018 03:00:10 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for MUCEP 2014 OD Matrix and Road Network. Your FOI request is approved. However, there is a Department Order (D.O.) issued on 20 January 2017 on how to access the MUCEP Database.
