Hi po mam. Pde po ba ako makahingi ng copy po ng movie ratings niyo po yung ginagamit po sa sine? gagamitin lang po namin sa school mam, may film making po kase and then balak po namin na bago po panoorin yung film namin mam ay may ganun po munang rating. para naman po magabayan yung mga co-schoolmates namin. salamat po. sinali ko din po kopya ng id ko kung sakali po hahanapan niyo ko.

Thank you for your taking the initiative in requesting for the film advisories of MTRCB, which is, to be supposedly shown before your student-produced materials. While the purpose of your request is noble, we regret to inform you that such is denied.

The showing of MTRCB advisories are only allowed to materials which have been reviewed and classified by the Agency. Unless the student-produced films are submitted to us for review, only then will we release a copy of the advisories.

We hope that you understand our position as we are protecting the integrity of the use of MTRCB advisories.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR A REVIEW:

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to MTRCB Chairperson Maria Rachel Arenas at MTRCB Building, No. 18 Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City and/or through our email address at: [email protected].
