Reason for request: Personal Knowledge as a daily commuter of MRT because as of now I notice that MRT is under rehabilitation the tracks, elevator, escalator and ETC,. I also want to know as a tax payer and a commuter if the rehabilitation is effective and to ensure that the funds use in the rehabilitation use properly and to make sure that there is NO slash funds use in other things besides rehabilitation.
