Is this already approved? -Yes, the project was already approved by the NEDA Board on 28 January 2020. 2. When will construction begin? -Design and Build (DB) is expected to begin within 2021 based on initial implementation plan. 3. Are there any amendments to the target dates of construction and operation given the delay COVID-19 may have caused? -So far no amendment to the timeline has been formally discussed as the project is currently undergoing finalization of Terms of Reference for Design Consultants.
