Hi,
I am requesting such a document to support an ongoing impact assessment study on the Rodriguez, Rizal community, i.e. social development, market connectivity, and other abstractions, in line with the newly constructed Rizal-Bulacan Interprovincial Road. The study aims to identify the benefits of the newly constructed MRT-7 project not only on its qualitative measures but also on quantitative measures.
The study will be used mainly by multilateral institutes like the ADB, in identifying potential recovery oriented projects and programs after the pandemic. The aim is to verify the identified gaps with present infrastructure developments and leverage capital for the filling of such gaps.

To give you a more concrete idea of the analysis we're doing, we are assessing the impacts with a comparative analysis like Total Transport Cost (w/o MRT-7) and Total Transport Cost (with MRT-7), focused particularly on the Rodriguez, Rizal community.
