Dear Justin Roasa,
I refer to my letter of Oct 23, 2018 06:38:39 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for MRT 3 Reliability Parameters.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, the Freedom of Information Law.
