I would like to request for data regarding MRT-3 Operations from 2012 to 2019.
Specific data that are of importance are the following:
- Number of available trains (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data)
- Number of unloading incidents (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data)
- Number of train trips made (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data)

I refer to my letter of Sep 16, 2019 09:51:56 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for MRT-3 Operations Data from 2012-2019.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

I'm Carl Jason Kierulf Sevilla and I am part of "Kwentong Komyut", a group that serves as a platform for discussion, brainstorming and strategizing on how to improve mobility and traffic in the country.
As was already mentioned, the specific data that are of importance are the following:
- Number of available trains (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data | From 2012-2019)
- Number of unloading incidents (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data | From 2012-2019)
- Number of train trips made (Daily, monthly, or quarterly data | From 2012-2019)
But to add to that, the following is also okay:
- MRT3 Daily and Monthly Ridership (From 2012-2019)
These data is to be used for research and analysis.
