Purpose:
I am a graduate student of Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Mapua University. I would like to use the requested data from MRT-3, exclusively, for my thesis this coming term.
1. The number of personnel manning each teller booth in each station of the MRT-3;
2. The number of daily passengers buying single-journey cards and reloadable cards in each station of the MRT-3 for the year 2015-2020;
3. The average time of a passenger (e.g. any time and motion study conducted):
3.1. spent walking from the entrance to buying a ticket, up to onboarding a train.
