I’m Jacob Davidson D. Aguila student at National University from the Civil Engineering Program, are currently working on the research titled Analysis and Reorganization of Metro Manila Railway Transportation System Amidst Global Pandemic
I am formally writing this letter to request for data reports of your commuters, which will be used for a research paper.
I would like to focus in gathering the data numbers of.1) Total number of available trains. 2) Headway. 3) waiting time per station. 4) What are the sizes of the rail car. 5) the whole train track (shape file)

I refer to my letter of Dec 11, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for MRT-3 Information. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 05, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
