My name’s Joanna Marie G. San Jose and I am currently studying at Polytechnic University of the Philippines under the course of Bachelor of Science In Railway Engineering. In compliance with our Research Project subject, we are conducting a thesis titled "MRT-3 and EDSA Carousel: A Comparative Assessment on the Factors Influencing the EDSA commuter's Modal Choice" with this, I would like to request permission for us to be able to conduct a survey on EDSA Carousel and MRT-3 on April 15-17 this year.
