Good day! I have been applying for MPL PLUS through email in gsis Laoag. I once approved on March on March 10 but not confirm ni AAO because her gsis aao account is not yet fixed. I reapply again on March 17, I recieved an auto generative acknowledgement email. Then nag follow up but no reply. I applied again on March 23, March 27, April 1 and 2 but only they replied to me an acknowledgement email. I tried to follow up it through phone call on March 28 but one of the staff who answered it told me I can only apply through GSIS touch and kiosk. Not yet change my gsis registered number.
