May we know the specific purpose of your request? If it is for academic research, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned with your school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your adviser and a copy of your school identification card. If it is for work, may we ask for a copy of formal letter from your company specifying the purpose of your request, addressed to the undersigned duly signed by you and your immediate supervisor and a copy of your company ID. I refer to my letter of Mar 03, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Motor Vehicle User's Charge Collection (total & per vehicle type). In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 26, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
