May we respectfully request a copy of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Study on the Motor Vehicle Inspection System (MVIS) Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Since the aforementioned study is based on the local economic conditions in 2015, this shall serve as a viable reference for us in justifying the current price range of the inspection fees being charged by the Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Centers (PMVIC) from the owners of light vehicles.
