I would like to request for a list of sections or items in the National Building Code of the Philippines that are most commonly not being complied by buildings or hospitals to be exact.

You asked for Most common section in the National Building Code of the Ph not being complied.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As per our coordination with the DPWH - NBCDO they do not have inventory for said request. You may try coordination with the Office of the Building Officials of City or Municipality you wish to include in your study, for further queries, you may contact the DPWH-NBCDO at 5304-3930 / 3812 / 3616.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
