Dear Ms. Del Castillo,
This refers to your request dated August 10, 2022, under Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information. You have requested for Monthly Water Consumption per barangay disaggregated to user type from January 1,2014- to June 30, 2022. Unfortunately, we only have Monthly consumption data disaggregated by user type from January 2020-June 2022. If you are still willing to have the said data, we will wait for your response. We also want to inform you that we have a retrieval fee of 100.00.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before August 24, 2022, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you the soonest possible time.

Dear FOI Officer,
Thank you for your response. We can use the January 2020-June 2022 per barangay data disaggregated to user type. Is it per barangay? If you have a per barangay data prior to 2020, that would also be helpful, even if it is not disaggregated by user type. Please let me know the process of paying for the retrieval fee.

Good Day! The available water consumption data is by zone not by barangay. Zoning depends in the geographical location not by barangay. If it is ok with you we can provide you with monthly consumption data by zone from 2020-2022 segregated by type of user.

Good Day !
As per request we will include the barangays covered in each zone but as I mentioned earlier, we have a retrieval fee of 100.00 and you can deposit your payment to our bank account that we can send to your e-mail address. Please let us know your e-mail address. Then, you can send the scanned copy of the validated deposit slip to our e-mail address: [email protected]. Once verified we will send you the data (January 2020 - June 2022) and the scanned copy of the OR.
