I refer to my letter of Aug 08, 2022 07:09:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Monthly Water Consumption per barangay disaggregated to user type.
We want to inform you that the available records we have is the monthly consumption of our service areas as a whole per user type. Service area coverage are municipalities of Batangas such as Lipa City, Malvar, Mataas na Kahoy, Balete and portion of San Jose and Quezon Province. In addition available records as of the moment are from 2014-2018. We want to confirm if this will be beneficial to you. Dear Ms. LORELEI SANGALANG,
Thank you for your quick response. I would like to clarify if my understanding is correct. By as a whole, does it mean that the water consumption data you have is for the entire municipality and not for each barangay? If this is the case, then I think we will have to divide the consumption per barangay population to estimate the consumption per barangay. Would it be possible to request for the list of barangays supplied by the water district?
Regarding the time period, I would like to ask where can we get the 2019-2022 water consumption data.
