Good day! I am Glazelle Correa, a graduating student from UPLB. I would like to request the following:

1. Monthly cases and mortality cases of ischemic heart disease per municipality in the country
2. Monthly cases and mortality cases of ischemic heart disease per province and cities/municipalities in NCR
3. No. of hospitals and medical infrastractures per municipality and per province
4. Data should be from Jan 2009 to Dec 2022
