Thank you for your request dated May 09, 2019 12:07:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Monitoring scheme on LGU compliance to MC 2017-133. Response to Request With regards to your request for the monitoring scheme of the adherence of LGUs to the above mentioned Issuance, please be advised that Item no 9. - Reportorial Clause of the Memorandum Circular no. 2017-133 instructs LGUs to submit a report on of the Local Culture and Arts council.
