Philippine National Police(PNP)

Morning of August 14,2023  my father received a call from an unknown number requesting for money. When the caller felt thaf my father will not give him the money right away, the caller proceeded to threaten him and make violent remarks. 

We need help to identify the user information of this two numbers which the caller used to text and call my father.
