Good day! I would like to inquire about the legality and the validity of monetary sanctions in our hospital. Our institution, Davao Del Norte Hospital - Carmen Zone, has imposed sanctions about our dress code (e.g. uniforms), in which, the employees did not reach a consensus. The sanction about the dress code is as follows. 1st offense: Php 100 2nd offense: Php 300 3rd offense: Php 500 + letter of explanation I'd like to inquire if this is totally legal or appropriate since most of the employees, including myself, are on job order status which dont have clothing allowance.
