September 24, 2018 Dear Cherry An Gulane, The procurement for the New Cebu International Container Port Project is currently being finalized by the concerned national government agencies of the Philippine for the eventual release of the loan from Korea Exim Bank. The Department of Transportation is the project executing agency while the Cebu Port Authority (CPA) is operations and maintenance agency, once the project is completed.
