GOOD DAY, MY CITY OF ORMOC SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REPRESENTED BY MAYOR RICHARD GOMEZ AND PPP CENTER SIGNED BY MR. FERDINAND A. PECSON ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2019 THAT PERTAINS TO PPP PROJECTS THAT MAYBE BENEFICIAL TO THE CITY. I NEED TO HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE AGREEMENT.

Your Request You asked for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Public-Private Partnership Center and the City Government of Ormoc. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the said MOA.
