To whom it may concern: I would like to request for an electronic/pdf copy of the MOA executed between the Provincial Government of Bohol and DOTr (then DOTC) for the right of way acquisition for the construction of the airport. Specifically, may we request for the MOA dated 23 January 1994, 22 July 2016 and revisions thereafter. I'm looking for a possibility of replicating the same for other infrastructure projects.
