To whom it may concern: I would like to request a copy of the MOA between Davao Provincial Hospital (now known as Davao Regional Medical Center) and Davao del Norte Regional Agricultural School (Now known as USeP) for review of possible effects/benefits that we could enjoy in the establishment of Doctor of Medicine Program or possible benefits of employees that we could have that is stipulated on that MOA as per accounts of those who have seen it before.
