Hi I would like to request for the MOA s between City of Cebu and NHA for the years 1977 up to 1986.. The project would pertain to Second Urban Development Project under the WorldBank Loan .. Davao, Cebu and Cagayan and Tondo were included in this project. I want to get a copy of the MOA to ascertain if my land was included in the project . If there are other documents that you think may be helpful , please send me list and I will request for them . Thank you . 09188888244
