Hi, I would like to ask for the minutes of the meetings held by the Motorcycle Taxi TWG of the DOTr from July 1 to December 27, 2019, so that I and the general public can understand the TWG's decision-making process to extend the current study phase. Specifically, I would like to understand why the TWG thought it is appropriate to reduce Angkas' rider numbers from 27,000 down to 10,000 and how they selected the two new companies in the study, out of the six that applied.
