I would like to request for the minutes of Board of Directors' meetings that transpired from May 1, 2022 to date that will support CDC's BOD approval to enter a direct lease contract with SMK Electronics (Phils.) Corp. Or if otherwise, unavailable, the letter of intent to enter a lease contract with SMK Electronics (Phils.) Corp. Hoping to receive the request on or before June 30, 2022.
