This letter is to humbly request for documents regarding on minutes of the academic council meetings from 2018-2023 in USeP both local meetings in the CIC department, and university-scale meetings. Please hear my plea as this will be used for the Accreditation PSV visit for BLIS and DIT so I am hoping for your kind consideration.

I refer to my letter of Sep 11, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Minutes of Academic Council Meetings 2018-2023. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 04, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
