Hi i would like to request the ff: 1. What are the minimum wage of crew, supervisor and manager for fast food industry? 2. What are their rights; AWOL, LEAVE AND ABSENTEEISM. Please i need data for this. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your message. With regard to the minimum wage of crew, supervisor and manager, please be informed that DOLE through the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards sets the minimum wage of wages for different establishment category and/or number of employees/workers. To date, no specific minimum wage is set for each type of job or group of workers. The establishment has the prerogative to set wage for each position or level, provided that the same is not below the minimum wage to where the said establishment belongs. As to rights of workers, particularly, leave benefits, Article 95 of the Labor Code provides that an employee shall be entitled to at least five (5) days service incentive leave that can be used for vacation and/or sick leave after one year of service. The DOLE likewise recognizes the establishment’s prerogative to may devise internal guidelines in the availment of leave, as well as policy on absenteeism, provided further that the same are not contrary to law, morals and good customs.
