Hi I am Mark Anthony T. Principe, a 4th Year BSCE student from University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos, writing this message to humbly request to your office a copy of the Minimum Standard for BJMP Jails. As part of our requirement in our curriculum, BS Civil Engineering, we shall create a thesis and our focus it to have an extension of the local correctional facility in our city. We chose this study to address the overpopulation of local correctional facility, and through these standard codes, we are guided to design what are the basic facilities needed in design a correctional facility
