Hi. We need a copy of document/s stipulating the minimum requirements for libraries of a Higher Education Institution. The team have tried locating this document online, but can’t find one.

October 15, 2021 Dear Janyl Bautista, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 14, 2021 03:23:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
