Good day! I'm Robi A. Mallari, a third-year EARIST computer science student, and the reason I'm writing to you is because our group will be doing a thesis study and developing a website on the tourist destinations in Luzon. We already got the other regions data however we didn't get for the MIMAROPA region.
1. List of all tourist spots/destinations/places in MIMAROPA REGION.
2. List of the unpopular/popular restaurants in Luzon.

Your FOI request is approved.
We have enclosed a copy of the list of MIMAROPA tourist destinations/attractions.
As to the list of restaurants, we can only provide the list of DOT-accredited restaurants in Luzon which may be found through this link: https://beta.tourism.gov.ph/accreditations/#dot-accredited
Please note that we can only provide some of the information you have requested since data on the popularity of restaurants is not collected by the DOT.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with our response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review by writing a letter or email addressed to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco of the Department of Tourism and sending it through the email address: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with the response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this response.
