Hi! I'm Shymille Salcedo, a 4th-year student from the University of Asia and the Pacific taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. We are in the process of doing our thesis. We are doing a study regarding the railway industry in the specifically and its land value capture in the Philippines.
