As one of our properties might be along the route of the subway, that being said we plan on building on our said property in the near future. but we are currently in LIMBO given the situation that our property might be acquired for the said project in the near future for ROW of the subway.
Hope for a fast response

Dear selwyn jenson lao,
I refer to my letter of Oct 22, 2019 10:40:03 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Metro Manila SUBWAY (ROW acquisition plans and route).
Here's the response from the Metro Manila Subway Project Management Office:
"Good day!
Upon checking MMSP's database and parcellary map, no property affected under the name of Mr. Lao was found in Valenzuela depot.
But just to make sure, may we ask a copy of their title so that we'll be able to plot the technical description. It could be possible if his property is one of the parcels which until now ownership is not yet determined.
With regards his request for detailed engineering design and detailed route plan, we encourage him to drop by our PMO office and meet our technical team. The office is located at 4th floor, Arca North Building, Arca Food Yard
MacArthur Highway, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City."
