Hi! May I please request for a copy of the Final Feasibility Study of the Metro Manila Subway Project because the only documents available online are the preliminary FS dated 2015 and Environment Impact Assessment? Thank you.

May 3, 2018 Dear Kelvin Jhones Aliga, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 12, 2018 09:09:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Metro Manila Subway Project Feasibility Study. I regret to inform you that the Metro Manila Subway's feasibility study is still being conducted and targeted to be published by the 3rd quarter of 2018. Please also note that feasibility studies are owned by private consultants and partners, not by the DOTr. So, the request for these type of documents should be lodged to them. However, there other related studies conducted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which is available online, that can be served as your reference.
