Good afternoon! I am requesting for the following data:
1) Log of all rainfall warnings (Yellow, Orange, Red) issued for Metro Manila from 2012-2018, including level, date and time issued.
2) Hourly rainfall data for Metro Manila PAGASA stations (Port Area, Science Garden, Airport, etc.) for all dates where at least one rainfall warning was issued.

I refer to my letter of Jul 20, 2018 01:37:25 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Metro Mania Rainfall Warnings & Rainfall Data.
According to our Rainfall Warning Section, they can only give one rainfall event. They advice that you select just one particular rainfall event and we can give you the warnings issued regarding that and also the associated rainfall data.

Good afternoon!
I am hoping to study the relationship between the rainfall alerts issued and actual rainfall totals, REGARDLESS OF EVENT.
I am aware that rainfall warnings in PAGASA are sorted by "Weather System", and I request that all issued rainfall warnings from 2013-2018 for #NCR_PRSD (particularly Metro Manila) be logged into a single Excel file, with its number, weather system, date/time of issue and level of alert, irrespective of the "Weather System" causing it.
Example Template as follows:

8/9/2017 08:00 PM 7 Southwest Monsoon Orange
8/13/2017 03:00 AM 1 TS Inday Yellow

and so on.
I understand that gathering rainfall totals on many separate days may take too long, so I instead request that hourly (NOT DAILY) rainfall data for all dates between Jan. 1, 2013-Aug. 3, 2018 be given for PAGASA stations Port Area, NAIA, and Science Garden.
