Bases Conversion and Development Authority(BCDA)

No Burn Pilipinas along with other environmental groups and CSOs advocating for protection of our environment and campaigning for zero-waste management respectfully and formally request:

(1) unsolicited project proposal of Metro Clark Waste Management Corp. to build a $210 Million Waste-to-Energy Facility; and

(2) all documents pertaining to the same such as BCDA's Feasibility Study of the proposed Waste-to-Energy Project.

We are making this request for purposes of conducting an independent assessment of the project for the health, safety, and environment of Tarlac.
