Good day! I am Grachel Pillejera, a third year student of BA Political Science in the University of San Carlos (Cebu City, Philippines). May I request from your good office a copy of the Metro Cebu Earthquake Model (MCEM) Atlas? Currently, due to the pandemic, I am not able to visit the CDRRMO to borrow a copy of the material. Instead, I tried browsing the internet for an electronic copy of the atlas. Unfortunately, I was not able to secure a softcopy of it. I look forward to utilizing this material in thesis-making. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you very much.
