I am Raven Jan B. Mesia, a graduating student from Ateneo de Naga University, currently working on our undergraduate thesis focusing on traffic management in Naga City, Camarines Sur. During my research, I became aware of the commendable efforts undertaken by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in optimizing traffic signal timings within city intersections.

In light of this, I am writing to formally request information from your esteemed office regarding the methods or  employed in computing traffic signal timings for signalized intersections in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
