Good day! I am conducting a thesis where I am to determine the albedo of a surface. With this, I am writing about how PAGASA measures or determines albedo on surfaces. Is there any specific equipment PAGASA uses in measuring albedo? Hoping for your response. Thank you very much po!

Unfortunately, we don't have an instrument that measures albedo. We can only provide you with solar radiation data.
