I am a University Research Associate in the Natural Sciences Research Institute, UP Diliman, working on a government-funded project "Modelling of Secondary Organic Aerosols Formation from Characteristic Biogenic Volatile Organic Compounds of Luzon."
Request: Air temperature data from all stations within Luzon island, with maximum hourly temporal resolution, from 01/2017 to 12/2018.
We do realize that the data sets requested above are huge, and we do not expect the complete availability of such voluminous data. Thus, please also inform us if you are we are not amenable of providing the data.

This is to inform you that we can only provide you the daily total rainfall data from our stations. Should this be alright with you please let us know so that we can proceed with your request.

I refer to my letter of Aug 08, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Meteoroligical Datasets. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 31, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
